FEES & POLICIES

 

Below you will find an outline of our fees and policies.  Upon receipt of your registration form, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming  receipt.                                                                                                                                

Participants may register for an all-inclusive “package” which includes six (6) nights of lodging, and all meals, beginning with Sunday night dinner, and ending with Friday night dinner.   Alternatively, participants may elect to stay off-campus and “commute.”    

ON-CAMPUS ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE 

Both single and shared rooms are available (both with shared bathroom), as follows: 

Double  Room (including meals) ………………….. $1345.00

Single Room (including meals) …………………….. $1445.00 

COMMUTER RATE

Tuition is $900.   As per our contract with College of the Atlantic, commuting participants are required to participate in COA”s lunch program ($80.00 for the week).   A full and varied salad bar is offered, along with nhot and cold meal options.  Participants may request a boxed lunch in the event you would like to go on an outing to Acadia National Park, etc. 

Commuter Tuition/Lunch ……………………………  $ 980.00 

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500  is required to reserve your space.

Balance is due by May 31, or mutually agreed-upon date.     

Cancellation & Refund Policy:   If you have an emergency, Samba Meets Jazz will consider application of tuition to an upcoming program on a case by case basis.   Lodging fees are not refundable.
